Our refunds and exchange policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For changes to sizing, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. See below for more information.
To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, photos of product and the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

If the shoe doesn't quite fit:
Please let us know straight away (within 3 days of delivery) and we will gladly replace the product with one that does fit. If we don't have your size in stock, you can take advantage of a store credit to use on any of our other products. In order to do this though, you return the shoes in the original packaging and ensure the shoe is in new condition.
Send a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know it didn't quite fit. We will quickly work with you on how to return ship your shoe (return shipping to be covered by the customer) and ensure you have your new pair as quickly as possible. We will cover the shipping to get the new pair out to you.
If the product arrives damaged:
We check each pair prior to sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. In the off chance that your new pair arrives damaged, please take photos and email to email@example.com where we will provide details on how to return the product. Please ensure you have all the original packaging and proof of purchase as this will be required to process any refunds.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days from being approved for the refund, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you will need to send it with all the packaging to the nominated parcel locker in Victoria, Australia which we will notify you of via the email correspondence.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
