What if the heels don’t fit?
We know one of the challenges in shopping online is the risk of getting a size that doesn't quite fit. As long as the shoes are in the same condition you received them in and you have all the packaging, send us an email at email@example.com (or head to our Contact Us page) to let us know, and we will send you all the details straight away. We don’t offer a refund on incorrect sizing, but will gladly make sure you get the size you need. Once we receive the product your exchange will be processed and your new size will be sent to you.
You will just need to pay for the return shipping and we will pay the shipping of the new size back to you. Unfortunately only offer this once per order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are tracked and can be viewed via our Order Tracking page. We will also keep you up to date on how your parcel is progressing through the shipping period.
What if my product arrives damaged?It is unlikely that you will receive a damaged heel, but if you do, please email us within 3 days of receiving the product to organise a refund or exchange. Refer to our returns policy page for more detailed information.
Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?Unfortunately once the payment is made, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
What will you do with my personal details after the purchase?We will not do anything with your personal data collected during the process of your order. All data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server protected by a firewall.
